I do not want to speak one-on-one about this. I spoke to the service rep at the time . The sales process with your facility was spectacular. The vehicle has been spectacular. The service department and customer service leave a lot to be desired. I made my feelings quite clear to the service representative and wrote on the back of it when I had to fill out a questionnaire the first two times I had a loaner. I no longer have to do that, so that is a plus, but I still feel as though the dealership considers providing a loaner a huge favor and that they are absolutely certain I am either going to damage it or do something in it or with it that is 'against the rules' of which the list is extensive. It is just a very demeaning check in and check out process. I have owned and had loaners from both Audi and Porsche and was never made to feel this way. Additionally, my car has a total of 24000 miles on it and comes in for regular service as required. This most recent visit I had to put four new tires on the car and when I questioned tires wearing out with so few miles I was told that the front end is out of alignment. I assume when I bring my car in for service that it is also given a check up and that this is something that should have been caught before it resulted in $1700 worth of tires on a two year old vehicle. All things considered, when my lease is up in 7 months I will most likely not be getting a third BMW and since I believe the Mercedes dealership next door has the same ownership, I most likely will not purchase there either.
