Incredible responsive. For example, within 15 min of my online chat with Kia, she had gone outside to your lot and filmed a video for me personally of a vehicle I was inter For example, within 15 min of my online chat with Kia, she had gone outside to your lot and filmed a video for me personally of a vehicle I was interested in, but that did not yet have pictures posted in the online ad. The video was personalized and emailed to me immediately. She was EXTREMELY devoted to assisting me with getting the car I purchased. The other thing I appreciated was how Kia made sure to link me up with James prior to going on her vacation. She completely filled James in on where she and I were in the process. Consequently, when I came in yesterday to test drive and purchase the vehicle, the transition from Kia to James was absolutely seamless. James did a beautiful job bringing the deal home. Like Kia, James was very nice, professional, easy to talk to, and definitely very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. More
