Purchased our “New to us” Santa Cruz, on 4/18/24. Our Client Advisor James Niedermayer made this process beyond easy! Nicest, most professional, car dealer I have ever had. James was very personable and just amazing. Definitely an asset to your business. James' initial price was "Exactly" as advertized, and the payments were within $6.00 of the final deal. He was attentive, but not pushy and bent over backwards to satisfy my requests. Down side was that we were there for 4.5 hours because you only had one financial person to deal with all three dealerships. But you made our stay very comfortable and "non stressful". Had been to another dealership the day before and the experience was horendous and I was not looking forward to another day of lies and stress. I commend your dealership and staff, especially James, for your professionalism, honesty, and willingness to work with me. More

I must be honest. I think their service managers and service department are fantastic! But the Sales department is straight out of “hide the price” canyon. I called them about a car that was on the lot and wanted them to explain the fees before I went. The car was $26k. $24k if you financed and traded in, and that was the price on the web. That price is used to compare on CarGurus and Carfax as a “Good Deal” or other deal ratings. So as they checked the availability of the car, I was sent a video from the salesman of the car and his narrative. He said a couple was coming at noon to buy the car but had not put down a deposit. He said he would give me the same deal as them as long as I put down a deposit - then the car would be held for me. He told me their deal was for $31k and change. So even if they didn’t finance or trade in - that is roughly $5k higher than the $26k price. The fine print is such - $1995 for “refurbishment” which I was told is the average for the dealership on their used cars. So in essence, you’re paying for repairs done on all the cars not the one you’re buying. Then $1800 for fees and title work. Then tax and any other things they can try and tack on. So I told the sales person, no thanks. If they want to pay $31k for that car so be it - not me. I told him I will travel 2 hours to Ferman BMW where I have bought before. They only charge sticker, tax & title and dealer fee. Pretty straight forward. I will continue to take my car to Ocala BMW for service as they are great but will never step foot in their showroom ever again More
