I was very impressed and pleased with the experience with BMW of Ocala this past week, from the initial contact from Terese Dear, Customer Advisor answering my questions regarding availability and ordering BMW of Ocala this past week, from the initial contact from Terese Dear, Customer Advisor answering my questions regarding availability and ordering process for the new i4, through meeting her and sitting down with James Jupiter, Sales Manager to get my i4 build with options into the BMW ordering system. Even though we ran into “issues" with the BMW ordering system (probably due to the launch of the new i7 that day), Terese and James followed up with me via email and phone calls updating me every step of the process. Wanted to also thank Frank Rebro, General Sales Manager for contacting BMW NA and helping to get the order into the system. The entire team is top notch and highly recommend them. Once again wanted to thank Terese and James for following up with phone calls, which is hardly seen this days, but very reassuring and a great customer service and experience for them to do that. And he came to our house thee days later for any question or concerns. We have purchased and leased many cars but this experience was the most relaxed and stress less we have ever had.
