From 1 Star to 5 STARS! ! With full disclosure......there was a previous issue that I had with the Service of my vehicle. That Issue reached the Service Manager Brian Coste ! With full disclosure......there was a previous issue that I had with the Service of my vehicle. That Issue reached the Service Manager Brian Coster, and it was Addressed and fully Corrected! It is so refreshing to deal with a Company that acknowledges their mistakes, and then take steps to resolve the issue with the Customer! I fully recommend BMW of Orland Park. I now know that with Brian Coster at the helm of the Service Department, I and others are in Good hands! Thank you so much for your great Service and the other Very Impressive "Courtesy" extended to me, which I will keep to myself at this time......but Please know........ I am SMILING!! The dealership is nice and clean. The waiting areas where you wait for your vehicle to be serviced is nice and clean with plenty of seating. There are complimentary beverages, i.e. coffee, tea, and water. Theres a television that plays a local station and a fireplace in the cold months. The restroom, at least the women’s, is clean with nice big private stalls. The staff for the most part has been polite and helpful. More
