I was t My low tire light keeps coming on every time the temperature fluctuates. I was told by R. Boomsma that this is a common problem in BMW cars. I was told to put in the proper amount of air in the tire when this happens. My sensor light came on 3 times in the last 10 days and I dont have the time to keep going back to the dealership to correct the problem.Mr. Boomsma offered to send me a tire guage so I can properly check my own tires.I do not think this is the proper way to handle this situation when the warranty should take care of this problem. This problem has been going on since the fall of 2011 and still has not been taken care of. I went to the BMW dealership in Orland Park after an oil light came on in my car. After asking the service advisor about it, ( D. Scaletta ) I was asked if I had an owners manual and that I should have read light came on in my car. After asking the service advisor about it, ( D. Scaletta ) I was asked if I had an owners manual and that I should have read it then I would have known about my car burning oil. He was very rude in my opinion about how he answered my question. I would never recommend this dealership or its service department to anyone. This is not the first unpleasant experience that I have encountered at this dealership. More

However, this negative review is due to the fact that when my car was returned to me, my phone charger was missing. I have scoured the car three times looking for the charger, and it's nowhere to be found. Of course, the dealership's position is to wash their hands of the matter. Here's what my visit amounted to - pay dealer $1,960 for repairs, then be informed that I must now pay another $30 or $40 FOR SOMETHING WHICH HAS BEEN IN MY CAR FOR YEARS. For the record, Jason was unsympathetic and referred me to Randy, the manager, who didn't bother to return my call, and the cashier was rude. More
