Very pushy and condescending- on my invoice he didn’t ask if I wanted a full comprehensive review of my car, I was schedule for oil change online - he had me sing paperwork & gave me the total and if I didn’ if I wanted a full comprehensive review of my car, I was schedule for oil change online - he had me sing paperwork & gave me the total and if I didn’t ask what the $200+ charge was I would not of caught it- a customer should 100% be asked if they want a service not added on without consent- I have a cracked rim, I could tv ext fixed / orders that day as I wanted to speak with my husband and he said well come back if you decide you actually what the work, I asked for the quote & was never given it. We have already decided to upgrade down the road to a new electric BMW and 100% will not be using him as our advisor as he was extremely unprofessional & not helpful. Very bad business I’ve never felt so demeaned We will order our new rims and tires from elsewhere that appreciate our business More

When I made the appointment I noted I needed my oil and brake fluid changed. I also noted I wanted my brakes checked out as they were not stopping smoothly. I am not confident with the performance as I come to a stop. I mentioned the brakes again when I arrived and the advisor acknowledged it. When I received my car upon completion at 4:45pm, I asked what they found out about the brakes, and was told there wasn’t enough time to check for a problem outside of a cursory inspection, because they closed at 5. It was a 4pm appointment and nothing was said about not being enough time until I showed up. My brakes are not working properly and I now need to make yet another appointment to have them checked out. #1 this is not safe, and also having to come again for diagnostic is not convenient at all. I am disappointed they weren’t able to spend a little extra time in the name of good customer service to at least diagnose the problem. Overall the advisor made everything feel rushed. I am not sure why your team accepts 4pm appointments if that doesn’t allow enough time for proper treatment of customers. I am not sure if I will be returning unless the service improves. More
