When I made the appointment I noted I needed my oil and brake fluid changed. I also noted I wanted my brakes checked out as they were not stopping smoothly. When I received my car upon completion at 4:45pm, I asked what they found out about the brakes, and was told there wasn’t enough time to check for a problem outside of a cursory inspection, because they closed at 5. It was a 4pm appointment and nothing was said about not being enough time until I showed up. My brakes are not working properly and I now need to make yet another appointment to have them checked out. #1 this is not safe, and also having to come again for diagnostic is not convenient at all. I am disappointed they weren’t able to spend a little extra time in the name of good customer service to at least diagnose the problem. Overall the advisor made everything feel rushed. I am not sure why your team accepts 4pm appointments if that doesn’t allow enough time for proper treatment of customers. I am not sure if I will be returning unless the service improves. More
