Bryan was super cool told me not to worry it would get fixed and they would check the serving and update computer system for free. Was ready next day and Bryan even stayed after closing to meet me so I can pick my car up. Great Customer Service. More

I felt like he was on my side the entire time. He customer service was top notch, I literally came in to BMW on a whim after taking about getting a car over lunch with my family. I left the lot knowing that I'd be driving a car within the week. After a few days of negotiation and extremely helpful insight on what to look for in the right car, we were able to work out an great deal. I felt like he was on my side the entire time and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at getting a BMW. More

Being a huge M car enthusiast, I'd visited the dealership casually more than a couple times due to a showroom that felt just as much as an enthusiast's collection than cars for sale... but don't be fooled. Nothing is roped off and you can sit in/get a feel for everything, regardless of sticker price. Although I've been brand loyal to BMW since roughly 2001, the car buying process has always been a nightmare and has given me second thoughts for a month after driving off the lot; exactly the time I should be enjoying the car the most. It's almost as if BMW of Palm Springs has studied how other dealers operate and completely flipped the model. They understand that treating customers as a savings account rather than a piggy bank that gets smashed open when a sale is needed builds trust, loyalty, and actual friendships. I happened upon BMW of Palm Springs by chance, but there was no pressure to "come down and see what we have!" My salesperson (Philip Meyer) understood I was coming from San Francisco and didn't waste my time or his negotiating a final price over the phone. Arriving at the dealership reaffirmed my previous experiences; the showroom was spotless, filled with jaw dropping cars, and even the cars on the lot were obviously built out by a team who truly loves the product they sell. Instead of being held up by one thing or another, I found myself hanging out at the dealer for an extra hour discussing M cars and the Thermal track program with Phil (if you're unfamiliar, check it out!) Truly the fastest and easiest experience I've had buying a car, and have had no worries or regrets, just enjoying the car. I'll gladly travel the ~500 miles to do business with Phil and BMW of Palm Springs again! More

When I picked it up they said yes they saw the issue on the computer but said they could not duplicate it so nothing was done. Was not happy about that since driving at night could be unsafe w a headlamp our. Thought more effort should have been put in. I went to BMW for higher quality of customer service. Not get the run around which is how I felt. Service guy was very nice More

overpriced services no possible way to know if repairs were ever needed. charged for "complete assessment". left dealer with dash lights still on, returned to find out no possible way to know if repairs were ever needed. charged for "complete assessment". left dealer with dash lights still on, returned to find out they insisted further corrective work done to "remove lights". had us at total disadvantage because we aren't mechanics. they even insisted that even though car has low mileage, it's still a 2008 and we should expect maintenance. well, of course. however, positioning themselves to reply with "if you can't afford it you shouldn't own it" attitude is "suck worthy". obviously they're use to adopting this attitude. the work seems guaranteed, and service guy was at least polite, if not indifferent. lesson learned. not my first car, not the first time a dealer has wiggled out of culpability. it could & should be different. considering alternatives to the dealership, dont know what I was thinking I guess. regardless, it's a fun car. 2 stars for the service guy, zero for the inflated services.
