Long wait for service. A great thing about this dealership is that I'm always able to get a loaner to use while my car is being serviced. Usually the car is done when my service advisor has told me. However, this time I returned at 3 and the car was not ready. It took until 4:45 for it to be completed. I hope that this will not happen again. More

After meeting Michael Pope, with his honest guidance and experience we knew we were on the right path with him. He was insightful coupled with a plethora of knowledge. A week later after visiting other stores we were driving off in a beautiful car. I can say without Michael Pope this could have been a great challenge at another store.
