I was disappointed that I needed to book three weeks out for regular service and a loaner car for the day. I liked the video report on the inspection. However, Bryan never got an answer to my question as to for regular service and a loaner car for the day. I liked the video report on the inspection. However, Bryan never got an answer to my question as to whether a chip that activates the cell phone charging pad could be installed now, and he tried to say it was not functioning due to a liquid spill on the pad when it never worked, because due to a chip shortage in 2022 when we bought the car it was not installed at the factory. Most frustrating, no one reset the service indicator and the car tells me it is overdue for service every time I start it. All and all not the service level I’ve experienced from my Chicago BMW dealer. More
