This is the 2nd time the car was brought in to service a seat sensor malfunction. They did not replace any parts, just did some computer related update and the problem still exists and now I have to bring seat sensor malfunction. The service was a bit slow, the car was in the shop for almost a week. To get in touch with the service advisors is sometimes difficult. For the first time the car was service they loan me a car which it w almost a week. To get in touch with the service advisors is sometimes difficult. Friendly and good service. Went above and beyond in detailing to remove a stain on the dashboard- even though the vehicle was only in for an oil change. Only negative was that Went above and beyond in detailing to remove a stain on the dashboard- even though the vehicle was only in for an oil change. Only negative was that appointment was for 10:30 so I thought it would be done by noon - but ended up needing Lyft rides and not getting the vehicle until about 5pm. But then again, they did a great job with detailing - so all in all happy with the service:) More
