Bryan did an excellent job getting my car in on the same day for an emergency inspection. I was from out of town and trying to get home and he was able to squeeze in a software upgrade that allowed me to h day for an emergency inspection. I waited over three hours for an oil change. I was the only person there for over an hour and when I went to ask what was taking so long, I saw my car keys on top of the desk with no one there. Moments later the guy that was originally helping me, came back with a soda cup from a fast food restaurant. I think he had left on break and they ignored the fact that I was waiting for my car.
