Bryan did an excellent job getting my car in on the same day for an emergency inspection. I was from out of town and trying to get home and he was able to squeeze in a software upgrade that allowed me to h day for an emergency inspection. I waited over three hours for an oil change. I was the only person there for over an hour and when I went to ask what was taking so long, I saw my car keys on top of the desk with no one there. I was the only person there for over an hour and when I went to ask what was taking so long, I saw my car keys on top of the desk with no one there. I asked someone else that was working there and she said that she could close me out and give me my car.. Moments later the guy that was originally helping me, came back with a soda cup from a fast food restaurant. I think he had left on break and they ignored the fact that I was waiting for my car.
