Bryan is phenomenal. I just don’t get over $200+ for installing and software updating the battery. I’m sure it took ten minutes. These software updates are a racket. Feel the same about what it cost to update for a problem for which there was a known bulletin. It should have been a free recall considering it was causing my car to stall when pulling into traffic. Sandy at BMW was very efficient and polite! It’s nice to see a Dealer that truly believes in great Customer Service!
