BMW of Palm Springs - Service Center

I recently moved to PS from NJ. This was my first visit/experience with BMW of Palm Springs. They didn’t disappoint. Everyone from Bryan Gacayab, my service advisor to the services workers went above visit/experience with BMW of Palm Springs. They didn’t disappoint. Everyone from Bryan Gacayab, my service advisor to the services workers went above and beyond to troubleshoot an issue with my X2 and get it fixed. Since this was also my first service visit, Bryan explained what the process involved and pointed out the items to be checked on the vehicle. The service attendant drove the car with me to get a feel for what the problem was. It took a couple of days to diagnose and repair but it got done and the X2 is running perfectly. Before I got the car back I also received a brief video recap from the service attendant pointing out what was being done and evaluating tires and other areas he checked out. That was something I’d never experienced with any dealership. A nice touch with every BMW dealership I’ve dealt with is getting the vehicle back vacuumed and washed. We were vacationing in the the engine light came on. We immediately called Palm Springs BMW service department and spoke to Savannah. After explaining our issue Savannah placed on us on hold to speak to a immediately called Palm Springs BMW service department and spoke to Savannah. After explaining our issue Savannah placed on us on hold to speak to a device technician. After speaking to him, she advised us to bring the vehicle in to have checked out. We immediately went in and were advised that it was a minor repair, so we could wait or get a ride back to the resort. We choose to wait and only waited for about 2 hours spending our time at the Estate Sale down the street. We returned to the dealership and the repairs were almost completed. Th car was returned repaired and clean. Needless to say we were happy campers. I can’t say enough about the exceptional service we received. I would recommend this dealership to anyone visiting the desert. Ask for Savannah as your Service Rep. She is awesome. More
