BMW of Peabody responded

Although BMW of Peabody strives to have 100% customer satisfaction, unfortunately that did not happen in this case. My employees were subjected to verbal abuse, vulgar language and name calling by the above customer. The above customer said that for $500 they would not post the above comments but we felt that was similiar to extortion. BMW of Peabody has the highest rating in the Commonwealth for all BMW dealerships for a reason. We act with integrity and honesty. Although it was tempting to make the above review "disappear" by making a simple payment, that would go against our Core Values of Honesty & Integrity. As the above customer used specific peoples names, we too were tempted to post their name publicly - but under cooler heads we felt it would not be appropriate to do so. Dealerrater is a phenomenal service. People have the opportunity to post their experiences ... both good and bad. In the above case, she clearly had a bad experience.
