Although the staff was very friendly, I had to ask questions to multiple people before getting an answer. I kept having to reach out to them when I was assured I would get a call back. Additionally, I requested several times to deal with a different sales person or directly with the sales manager. I made it clear that I didn't care for the sales person and did not want to deal with her but yet, she wasn't told anything, so I had no choice but to continue to work with her. If the vehicle wasn't such a great deal, I would have walked away. I also had a negative experience at Vista Coconut Creek almost 10 years ago. Going forward, I will not deal with Vista anymore. I walked away with a beautiful vehicle but the experience was dreadful. More
