8am appointment for first service. Was told it would take 2 to 2.5 hours took 5.5 hours , told only thing needed was an oil change. NO PAPERWORK OR DOCUMENTS. My car had a bad battery and after 10K later I finally got my car out. One of the problems was a supposed gasket leak. When I brought to service at another dealer they said there was still an oil lea got my car out. One of the problems was a supposed gasket leak. When I brought to service at another dealer they said there was still an oil leak but it was the cover no the gasket. I brought it back to Vista and they had the car for 3 days and said nothing was wrong. The next day my engine light went on and at another dealer once again said it was the cover and it needed to be replaced. Vista is unethical, does not stand by their repairs and finds things wrong with your car that aren't there. Don't stay away, stay far away. More
