Horrible unethical dealer! !! Negotiated and agreed on a cash price, signed and paid for a deposit on a factory ordered X5. 1 mth later, showed my bank approval for financing !! Negotiated and agreed on a cash price, signed and paid for a deposit on a factory ordered X5. 1 mth later, showed my bank approval for financing w/BMW the day before the car was supposed to arrive, found out that there were extra unexplained fees to the price of the vehicle, left waiting for an answer to remove other( not dealer or ttt) fees. Received a call 5 days later on a Friday evening that the car just arrived, nothing can be done on the pricing, received an e-mail with the agreed price plus all fees. By Monday, confirmed my serious intent to still buy and asked for paperwork to have BMW send financials to vista. Received a same day response saying price was going up again 2k+. Responded to honor the price sent before the weekend and AGAIN asked for the paperwork to sign for the financials again. Next day, was advised that the car was sold with no mention of returning my deposit. RUN VERY FAR AWAY, there are other dealers!! More

Don't ever bring your car there for service. They will xxxx it up for you. My car was running perfectly fine until I brought it there for some interior cosmetic wear. Now my car has a defective battery, damaged rear taillight, and rear bumper. How are you gonna send me an inspection after I picked up the car? I was really nice about the whole situation, but no one wants to take responsibility for the damages to my car. Piece of advice, bring your car to a place where you are respected and valued as a customer not where an advisor will hang up the phone on you. More

I ALMOST LOST MY LIFE or got seriously injured along with another driver, the second time I drove my BMW after Vista BMW claimed they did a full inspection and replaced my axles with new OEM parts. I went t another driver, the second time I drove my BMW after Vista BMW claimed they did a full inspection and replaced my axles with new OEM parts. I went to Vista to have a FULL INSPECTION and to have my axles REPLACED. Over a week later, I finally received my car back. Their receipt said they did as I asked. My car felt a little off but I assumed it was because I hadn't driven it in a while. I was driving north on 441; Traffic was going below the speed limit, when my steering wheel suddenly snatched from my hand towards the left and made a very loud bang sound. The car on my left tried to get away from me and jumped onto the median then back into traffic! We both pulled safely pulled over since the other cars slowed down. There was a loud metal rattling sound until I came to a stop. After inspecting my car we could see the axle was completely broken. I contacted the Broward Sheriff's Office, (BSO) and they advised me to back to the dealership and if Vista gave me any problems, to contact BSO again and they would be able to take action. The next day, I went back to Vista and all the staff kept preventing me from speaking to the Director or General Manager. I called BSO to send an officer. When he arrived and I explained, he went in there and made their Director, Don Woody speak with me. They agreed to tow my vehicle and repair the axles again. I had to bother them to get a rental which they would pay for. The next day, they claimed the reason the axle broke was because both the engine mounts were COMPLETELY BROKEN. I asked them how when they completed a full inspection. When I asked to see the video of the repairs which they HAVE TO DO according to policy, they didn't have one. NO VIDEO of my car or its repair. But they did a video the second time. When I asked Don Woody for information to file a Formal Complaint, he would not give it to me, only his email. Then he tried to intimidate me by saying, "We have a house full of lawyers". They finally returned my car with the axles allegedly "repaired" or "replaced", but now my car smokes from the tailpipe and the engine light is on which it NEVER did before. Also, the oil is going to be tested by a lab to see if they committed an act of retribution. If you value your life stay away from these people. More
