We had such high hopes purchasing a car from BMW of Ramsey. This dealership was great to deal with until something didn’t go as planned; and then they turned into a typical used car dealership. They wo Ramsey. This dealership was great to deal with until something didn’t go as planned; and then they turned into a typical used car dealership. They would promise to call you back; which they never did. They promised multiple times to fix something that broke the day after; which they then said they never said and wouldn’t. So unfortunately they live up to the stereotype of a used car dealership. Lots of smiles and promises; that turn into lies and denial. If you’re considering this dealer; don’t. More

BMW of Ramsey gets five stars from me, and that is largely due to one exceptional person: Jorge Bautista. From the moment I began searching for a pre-owned BMW for my 17-year-old daughter, Jorge de largely due to one exceptional person: Jorge Bautista. From the moment I began searching for a pre-owned BMW for my 17-year-old daughter, Jorge demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism, courtesy, patience, and genuine care. He took the time to thoughtfully walk me through multiple vehicles and scenarios, never once making me feel rushed or pressured. His approach was comprehensive, transparent, and entirely focused on finding the right car for my daughter—not simply making a sale. What impressed me most was the level of diligence Jorge showed when it came to her safety. He had extensive conversations with the mechanics, asked the questions that mattered, and went above and beyond to ensure that I felt completely confident putting my daughter behind the wheel of the car we selected. As a parent, that level of care is invaluable. This is what truly exceptional customer service looks like. Jorge combines expertise and professionalism with something that cannot be taught: genuine integrity and concern for his customers. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless, personal, and reassuring. Jorge has absolutely earned my trust and my future business. When it is time for another BMW, there is no question who my first call will be. You simply cannot do better than Jorge Bautista. BMW of Ramsey is incredibly fortunate to have him. More

I want to recognize BMW of Ramsey for successfully handling a complex, high-value transaction that required real coordination and follow-through. I worked extensively on this deal on behalf of a frien handling a complex, high-value transaction that required real coordination and follow-through. I worked extensively on this deal on behalf of a friend, not for myself, involving a very specific BMW X7 configuration with an MSRP just under $97,000. This was not a standard purchase—it required locating an exact build, coordinating a dealer swap, managing tight timelines, and maintaining clear communication throughout. Veronica was outstanding from start to finish. She was consistently responsive, organized, and transparent, serving as the primary point of contact and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. From confirming the vehicle was located and secured, to coordinating the swap, to keeping prep and delivery timing on track, Veronica communicated clearly at every stage. Her professionalism and attention to detail made it easy to move forward with confidence, even while other BMW dealers were actively competing for the same vehicle. High-value transactions tend to reveal how well a dealership truly operates, and Veronica demonstrated strong follow-through and reliability throughout the process. BMW of Ramsey showed that they can manage complex, premium purchases with structure, clarity, and professionalism. If you’re looking for a dealership that can handle a serious transaction and a sales professional who is dependable, detail-oriented, and easy to work with, I would strongly recommend BMW of Ramsey—and especially Veronica. I needed a oil change for my BMW and looked up the prices for Ramsey BMW. On the website it stated that a single value oil change was $119 plus tax, which a local mechanic would charge. I said great and sche for Ramsey BMW. On the website it stated that a single value oil change was $119 plus tax, which a local mechanic would charge. I said great and scheduled my oil change through the app and took my car in. Wayne Diaz took care of me and I asked if the oil change is $119, I then get well I have to see if your car qualifies for the Value deal? What value DeaI I said? Its just a oil change, but if it doesn't how much will it be? He states $264, I was like what? Your website says $119 which is why I came here. He says I can speak to my manager and get back to you just have a seat. So I did ,and 1/2 hour later I didn't hear anything so go back to Wayne Diaz . I asked did you find out what is the price of the oil change , which he replies no sorry your car doesn't qualify and its $264. I said and when were you going to tell me this? I stated my local mechanic charges $119 like what I originally saw on your website , why should I elect to pay $145 more. And this was the answer I did not like, " Well its a BMW , so maybe you should take it there next time" So basically because I chose to buy a BMW because they are great cars I get penalized and have to pay more even though its cheaper elsewhere? I said Well if you were honest up front I would of taken it elsewhere. The reason why I am complaining about this is the response I got from Wayne Diaz the BMW Tech, seriously you tell a customer who has been coming here for years and never had a problem to basically go somewhere else if you don't like it, especially when I was under the impression it was $119 . And my question is did he even talk to a manager because my guess is no ,since he never reach out to me after to let me know what the manager said, I had to go down there and ask him. I was under the impression that a manager was going to speak to me about this. I understand its more to go to dealerships but if I misunderstood the "Value Deal" Then I need someone to explain it to me and I recall my car back. I am sorry to write this but I have never been treated this way where the attitude is "well its BMW what do you expect?" And I have had oil changes done much cheaper in the past you just have to wait for specials like I thought this was . I just felt that having my car serviced there in past there would be more of a courtesy to at least have a manager speak with me and see if he or she can resolve it, not to get blown off and then come back with , then go somewhere else? This is my 7th BMW so I Know BMW and how it works , this is not it! Again hate to complain about this dealership but I think the dealership and the consumers need to know about this, because if this is the attitude then what is my incentive to have my car service there when I have to deal with this attitude and and pay way over normal price?
