I discovered this BMW dealership over a decade ago through a friend and have been coming back ever since. Lori and the BMW team make the entire lease process painless. We have a honest conversation over the phone on what I am looking to accomplish and Lori works her magic. I drive in the old car and swap into a new one. I am happy to recommend anyone looking to purchase/lease a new BMW, you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't have Prestige bid for your business. Dwayne Wong, the BMW 'genius' gave us a complete overview of the car before we drove it off the lot. Extremely helpful. Kudos to Jim 'the finance guy'. Their job is to get you out the door with your car ASAP. Explained all the docs, numbers and available options. Gregg Scott called me to discuss my lease options and we made an appointment for the following day. When we met he was very friendly, a great listener and willing to help. Overall I felt that he was on my side to make the experience a win-win. I made the decision that day without any pressure and was very pleased. I picked up the car 2 days later and was very happy to learn about the details and technology of the car by the rest of the team. Gregg even went out of the way to put the floor mats I purchased in the car for me. He called later that day to see how I liked the drive home.
