This was my second new car lease with Prestige BMW. I had previously purchased vehicles from other BMW dealers but was frequently "upside down" on the deal when it came it came time to trade in the vehicle b previously purchased vehicles from other BMW dealers but was frequently "upside down" on the deal when it came it came time to trade in the vehicle because of excessive mileage. When I went to Prestige, Lori worked with me to get me into a new BMW with a high mileage lease (never new it existed!) and since then I insist on working with Lori because she is extremely knowledgeable, honest, comforting, customer oriented and frankly, a nice person to be around! I was really surprised when this dealership had the very (previously owned) car I was looking for and had taken extreme care to make it so clean it was almost better than new! Mr. Lance Aiello was extremely attentive, friendly, and took 2 hours out of his day to drive the car to my own mechanic for it to be checked out prior to my purchase. From beginning to end Lance was there to make sure everything went smoothly and even called the day after I took my "new" car home to make sure that there were no issues and that I was totally satisfied.
