I have been searching for a certified BMW and visited a few dealerships in NJ. Most of the dealers/sales associates were very money-minded. I personally felt that one dealer (JMK) thought that I am visitin few dealerships in NJ. Most of the dealers/sales associates were very money-minded. I personally felt that one dealer (JMK) thought that I am visiting their dealership just to test-drive a few vehicles. At Ramsey, I worked with Sarem. He is very professional and knows a lot about BMW cars both in technical terms as well as general usage and what people expect. He was very friendly and made my car purchase an enjoyable experience. When I got into the car, I was a bit overwhelmed by the car and forgot to feel the power/pickup of the car on the highway. I asked him if I can go on the highway again. He understood my situation and took me back to the highway again for another round of test drive. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Prestige BMW. The car is great and the people are excellent. More

I went to the dealer after looking at some non-certified vehicles. I was obsessed with finding a e46 modeled 3 series coupe. They had a 2006 325ci in the showroom. Freddy was courteous to myself and my fath vehicles. I was obsessed with finding a e46 modeled 3 series coupe. They had a 2006 325ci in the showroom. Freddy was courteous to myself and my father and my dad isn't easy to please. I recommend Freddy simply because he's quietly knowledgeable. He doesn't try to overload you and he listens. We had a price we were willing to pay and he seemingly did everything he could to work with that. The car itself was in great shape. After being pushed and dealing with nonsense at other dealerships Freddy Benitez and his dealer were great and I find myself with a 2006 325ci. More

I have dealt with many car dealers over the last few years and none come close to Prestige BMW. This is the second car I have leased from Mike Tornatore in the last two years. I shopped around about 5 or 6 BMW dealerships in Northern NJ and found Prestige BMW to be the most respectful, courteous, professional, and helpful dealership. They also had very competitive pricing.
