First let me start by saying this review is about the service department. My family and I will never go to this dealership again. Went in for a simple oil change. Had a couple questions which the writer service department. My family and I will never go to this dealership again. Went in for a simple oil change. Had a couple questions which the writer could not even answer. On top of that the service writer was rude and aggressive. Coupled with lack of knowledge makes for a great experience. There is a major lack of communication as to what will be done and how much it will cost which could easily be fixed but no one cares there. They fail to understand that people can take their business anywhere. Don’t be fooled when the dealership responds to these reviews saying that this is not the norm. Unfortunately this is the norm. Take your business elsewhere to an independent shop that actually cares and does better work for less money. More
