No service in the service department. Service rep, Anna Marie Piserchia, was impossible to reach. Car wasn't ready for a week. $3000 of repairs, car couldn't be located at pickup. Called my sales person, Mark Rosenblatt, who said he would take care of it 30 minutes later he was at my house with Dwayne who apparently is a troubleshooting guru While I was talking with Marc, Dwayne pulled the car out of the garage and in five minutes had fixed the inside car garage door opener and had adjusted navigation system to be more efficient I could not have asked for more personal treatment even if I had the top of the line 7 or 8 series vehicles. These guys were great More

How are they still in business? Yesterday I called and spoke to Nicole, she assured me she would text all service advisers and someone would get back to me within minutes. It's now 27 hours later, and nothing. I decided to follow-up again today and the female who answered the phone couldn’t care less so she transferred me to a main number and it rang for 30 seconds or more, no one answered. I called back and asked for Phil Battaglino, General Sales Manager left a VM message and nothing. I called back and asked for Matt Bibbo, Dealer GM, an admin. Said “I’ll take a note and hand it to him.” Again nothing. My question to Lathia Dealerships is, sounds like you don’t want to stay in business much longer. More

Please ask Anthony what story he used to placate me when he BEGGED me not to file a formal complaint in 2018 after lying about my battery and battery cable needing to be replaced in order to clear the fuel sensor? If I had I wouldn't be writing this review they would've had to fix my car correctly the first time. Here's a hint if he can't remember He asked me to pray. Ask If he used this story on anyone else, My God I really hope he didn't.... Just to calm a customer down? Glad I don’t have to sleep with his conscience or yours. They did a fine job making me remember them forever. I can only hope to do the same in return. When he did finally called me back he may try to be prepared with absolutely no information on me whatsoever. Didn’t know if I bought the car there or not. Was “looking through the communications” as I was on the phone with him. He was about as useful as a one legged man in a butt kicking contest. He “assumed” I have no idea why??? Anthony had: “been on it” the entire month I guess. He was on “it” all right. as long as by: “it” he’s talking about increasing the dealerships bottom line. At least that’s what he told me. But he assumed it was all taken care of Guess this happens when you remove yourself too deeply from the inner workings of your dealership. And I love the question about whether I bought the car there or not? So funny makes me wonder if that’s why they tried to screw me over otherwise why even bother asking that stupid question what is it matter if I brought my 2012 BMW from you or anyone else you told me you would service it and do a good job by me. Matthew’s question alone makes me Realize it if I ever bought a car again I am bringing it back to the dealer I bought it from no matter what anyone from Ramsey BMW tells you The best was I had to drive it around 250 miles seven times in a row when it failed over and over and over and over and over again on its inspection finally they broke their own “rule” and brought it and got inspected on their own.
