The intake moved swiftly thanks to Tony, the service manager as well as Anna , the service advisor.. A loaner car was awaiting my arrival and off I went to NYC. Picking up my x1 was equally smooth. My car was serviced and returned completely cleaned and washed. I only wish that BMW corporate would care about its customers and give us what we ask for in a $47K vehicle. I have waited 6 years for BMW to offer Blind Spot monitoring in this model and they to date have not. Excellent service will not be enough to keep me with BMW if BSM is not offered in 2020. Unfortunately, the X3 is too big a vehicle for my needs. More

Lost car for 45 minutes. Came in for brake fluid and oil change. Additional recall had to be installed and part required (not in stock). Found out Id need loaner car after waiting an hour and half. Returned 2 days later with loaner car. Waited 5 minutes, no one came, I left loaner car keys in car and went to cashier. Cashier had me sign some papers for service and called for my car to be brought up. Approx 3PM. Asked again after waiting for 10 minutes. She called again for car to be brought up. I again waited for car. This time for 15 minutes in front of some of the service advisers. My service adviser Kevin mentioned the survey and Anna behind us would be checking. Well, I mentioned to him, if I could leave the service center with my car I would.. However, my car was not brought up ( it was lost and found by some delivery cars or something), 45 minutes. BTW- I was shopping for a replacement X3 but ...this was not a bright moment for Prestige BMW (this would be my 4th car from a Prestige dealership.I also would have been in the market for the new Z4 or 5 whichever name they choose. But I have to tell you, I did not have a great experience with sales nor this service mishap. As far as sales, I really hate the back and forth. Give me your best shot, and if the price is OK (not necessarily the cheapest but fair to keep me as a customer.. 2k off MSRP, lol. so, not only a X3 sale but a Z4 sale also. More
