Oil change I can’t in for an oil change thinking something was wrong with the car , I was very worried because someone told me I had a noise and the car was brou I can’t in for an oil change thinking something was wrong with the car , I was very worried because someone told me I had a noise and the car was brought under a month. John from services reassured me that they look at everything and they”ll let me know if something is wrong. I got back the car after an oil change and the car feel as if it was brand new. Thanks to john and the other members of the Ramsey Bmw I really appreciated it and my first experience with the members were wonderful. Thanks again!! More

Always easy to deal with, and the result is always great Anna Marie is great. She understands what needs to be done and the result is always right on. I had previously serviced my last cars( Volvo) at a smaller local dealership and was initially concerned about service at a much larger dealership. However, Anna Marie has proved my fears to be groundless, as the service i receive has been outstanding. My car was stolen and recovered after 40 days. It is being repaired- I was initially thinking about replacing the car and had discussions with Pedro. He was quick to deal with my issues and was responsive to my needs. In the end, I am not sure I am going to purchase a new car right now ( I want to ride my repaired X3 before i make any decision), However, when the time does come to replace that car I will seek out Pedro's assistance. More
