Helpful and quick repair My navigation wasn’t working, dropped the car off next day the maintenance services were done and navigation fixed. Service advisor was on top of it. I think that BMW could engender much better Goodwill if they had sent a reminder prior to the expiration of the contract More

Fast & Efficient I have an eight year old X3 and the dreaded "check engine soon" lamp came on. I brought it in and within an hour it was fixed. The seal on the gas c I have an eight year old X3 and the dreaded "check engine soon" lamp came on. I brought it in and within an hour it was fixed. The seal on the gas cap tore and depressurized the fuel system. In about one hour I got a text saying that the Service was completed. Nice people too! Ended up buying a 2019 X3 too! More

Frank greeted me and took care and patience listening to my problems with my car other than the brakes. My new XR phone would not connect with my car. Frank took the time and tried to connect it. When it couldn't be done, explained why and how I could. He was in touch with me on each and every thing being done and what needed to be done. He was very customer attentive and a pleasure to work with. I would ask for Frank again if I ever have to come back to BMW. Anna booked my appointment and was friendly and helpful. More
