I find that customer service is virtually non-existence, however, I was totally impressed with the entire Prestige process. Perhaps Prestige can share their customer service secret with other companies. More

Regular Service and New Tires Received a call to confirm my reservation after I had made it online. I did not ask for a loaner but they told me if I needed one they would reserve Received a call to confirm my reservation after I had made it online. I did not ask for a loaner but they told me if I needed one they would reserve one for me. Happy they did because I needed to run errands while my car was serviced. Had excellent speedy service. Brought my car in for it's regular service and needed new tires. Diane was very professional, friendly and polite. My car came back good as new and freshly washed.
