UM. A job that should have taken less than an hour took almost two and a half hours. Since we waited it was a pretty long wait. We asked for the replacem A job that should have taken less than an hour took almost two and a half hours. Since we waited it was a pretty long wait. We asked for the replacement tire which was the left front to be placed in the rear. Frank said it doesn't make a difference where it goes and it was not done. We feel if it makes no difference then why argue with the customer and just have it done. We were told we needed a wheel alignment which was @ $294.00. We've had the car a little over 4 months (it's a 2018). We didn't get it as it was totally unnecessary. More

Disappointing Having arranged for a loaner car while my car was being serviced enabled me to plan out my day. However, when I arrived Diana informed me that there were no loaners available. Had I known that, I would have planned my appointments differently. Instead, I had to be driven back to my home and had to cancel my previous commitments. Diana was very professional and apologetic. More
