John Brugaletta is awesome! He helped me to build trust doing business at Ramsey's BMW once again after the nightmare with Frank one of your service advisor! Jo is awesome! He helped me to build trust doing business at Ramsey's BMW once again after the nightmare with Frank one of your service advisor! John is very experienced ,professional and very patient with clients. He is an excellent and knowledgeable employee of your company. He explained clearly what was going on with my vehicle and made sure i understood the nature & functionality of my car and how to resolve the issues.. He laid out the problem my car faced and cost in order to resolve the matter-clearly so there would be no descrespencies. I gave him the go ahead to have my vehicle worked on which took a day or so to be completed. Once the job was done John notified me my car was ready. I picked it up the following day when John made everything easy for me. This man is the key to Ramsey BMW, clients success.. So far so good. I smell a burning fume when i turn the heat on but i am assuming that maybe from the mechanical work recently performed by your company. Let me give it time to see what happens. More
