Friendly service. Nice waiting area. Excessive waiting time. This is my 3rd BMW & 2nd dealer I’ve worked with. I’m a recent transplant from TX. No replies to my text for updates (as suggested in initial text to my phone). Not transparent on up front costs (brake flush) but communicated cost of work I asked for (sunroof). Started additional work before confirming scope of work, time involved & cost. Time was over two hours. Initial estimate was <90-minutes. I passed on the car wash because I had other time commitments. Very friendly staff & Nice facility, on par with my prior BMW Houston North dealer. Nice service manager assigned to my service request.
