BMW for Service BMW of Ramsey, treats their customers with the white glove treatment. They are very through. They remind you of maintenance required via email, they communicate with you via txt and forward you status as your vehicle is being worked on. Morgan was friendly and provided excellent customer care. She even offerred to show me the way to the waiting area on the 2nd floor. Coffee and breakfast snacks were offerred in the waiting area. My only negative comment is that if you need to wait for an extended time, the seats could reaaly be uncomfortable after a while. More
