Just short of 2 hours, I texted to see what status was on ca Received text from Service after dropping off can in garage for any questions on service. Just short of 2 hours, I texted to see what status was on car. Almost 30 minutes later texted again with no response. Went down to service area and saw my car ready to go so checked out at cashier. Total time for basically an oil change was 2:40 minutes. The time was in my opinion way too long but compounded by not getting ANY updates at all which is not acceptable. More

mixed bag Let me first state this is the 6th vehicle we have leased with Prestige BMW. My major issue is that after leasing this car for 5 months I still do no Let me first state this is the 6th vehicle we have leased with Prestige BMW. My major issue is that after leasing this car for 5 months I still do not have a second key. When I picked up the car back in April they did not have the 2nd key but told me it was "on order". I am told that speaking with my sales person is the only way to get a 2nd key ordered. Yesterday was my fourth request. Not sure what the issue is? My second reason for requesting service was that my battery light stays illuminated while driving, indicating the battery was in need of a charge or replacement. After waiting in the showroom for 2 hours I inquired as to the status. I was told the battery was being replaced and that it would take an additional 30 minutes. All in all I waited 2.5 hours to get my battery replaced and left with no key. Highlights were the showroom and waiting area are lovely. Most associates were friendly and knowledgable although I should have been told the wait time and status of service. And left with a second key!!!! Had I known the wait time I would have taken an UBER to a nearby shopping area. More
