The scheduled service was for a recall. When setting up the appointment I was asked if I needed a loaner. Which I decided to stay since the estimated work was only about an hour or so. I was greeted as if I was their best customer, by the service manager. I was asked if I wanted to have the car washed. Well why not? I went to the customer lounge to get an cappuccino and bagel for breakfast. I logged into their free internet and did work while I waited. The service coordinator came to the lounge to tell me personally that the car was ready. It was about 70 minutes, but I will forgive the added 10 minutes for the car wash. It came out looking better than when I go to the car wash om town. All in all very well done, classy service.. More

These guys were amazing ! I forgot the name of the gentleman that helped me in the service dept. but he was great ! Tim was totally professional when I bought the car. But the service department won me over big time, when another dealership, I won't mention names told me that this and that was not covered under CPO, which I knew was not true Ramsey BMW ,formally Prestige, took care of everything with no hassles headaches or excuses.
