Very pleasant experience From the time I brought the car in I was taken care of. I had problem with car engine light coming on and was worry that something was really wrong. S From the time I brought the car in I was taken care of. I had problem with car engine light coming on and was worry that something was really wrong. So I called my dealer Andrew asked if I could bring car in it was a Saturday. With my other car from Volkswagen I had to wait and make appointment. The matter of waiting for my car was never an issue. I was asked we can uber you an i replied I'll wait. I was glad that they were thinking of me. So i had the car diagnostics checked which proved that there was problem. I was told and rest me ashore that I could drive the car without any problems. That made me feel good. This time I had to make an appointment because they needed to work on the car which they gave me a loner. I had wish Morgan the other service person who told me that I would need to leave car for a few days. I could be wrong but never was told I needed to have credit card to get loner I was so concern about the car I could have missed her telling me that. Was really no problem. So when I brought the car in I was asked I need your driver's license and credit car. I had to drive home to get my credit card. But after that John took over kept me informed about what was going on with car. Had questions to ask an he was always answering all the questions that i asked. Thought at one time i was bothering him but he never showed any frustration or annoyance with me texting him. Thank you John for your patience with me. And one last part of the conversation was I dropped off loner car went to get coffee John came to me asked me was that white car mine and I told him yes apologize an as I was walking down to were the car was an employee was taken the keys and was ask by someone what happened an employee said person forgot consumer had keys. I find this extremely nice heart warning. This employee could have easily bad mouth me but you really have a professional team. Thank you very much to all of you for what you do. I'm a very proud BMW car owner. I guess worker's don't think that the consumer is listening and watching. But it's nice to see an organization like this treat there consumer with such dignity ,respect and professionalism. Thank you once again. More

Excellent service I've used Ramsey BMW (previously Prestige BMW) since 2012 when I purchased my X5. I was always happy with them. I recently moved out of state and made I've used Ramsey BMW (previously Prestige BMW) since 2012 when I purchased my X5. I was always happy with them. I recently moved out of state and made an appt with Bay Ridge BMW for service since it is much closer to my new home. Needless to say, I walked out of there without letting them touch my car. Horrible customer service. All they look to do is rip you off. I finally took a day off work and went right back to Ramsey. Again, they did not disappoint. Their integrity is second to none. They did all the work that was needed within a reasonable price. Thanks to my service advisor John Brugaletta, I was in and out in no time. I was provided a loaner car to get back home and John promised my car would be ready by that Saturday so I didn't have to take another day off work. John even provided me with a text to contact him at any time for updates. As promised, my truck was ready on Saturday, I went to pick it up and again was in and out. Fabulous service all around. I sleep soundly knowing my car is taken care of the right way and it's not a major hit to my bank account. Thanks John and thanks Ramsey BMW for exceptional service done the right way. More

Quick service took over 3 hours I have visited this service center a few times and have had great service . I scheduled “ quick service “ oil change and was advised that it would not I have visited this service center a few times and have had great service . I scheduled “ quick service “ oil change and was advised that it would not take long . I arrived at 9:20 am and my car was returned to me almost noon . If it was going to take so long , I would of gladly dropped it and picked it up later in the day . I need to schedule a coolant flush but , I’m extremely hesistate to go there . More

What an awesome welcome I can say that being greeted in such an welcoming and pleasant manner upon arrival makes all the difference.
