Feedback I was contacted due to a recall. I made the appointment only after I confirmed that a loaner is available. No loaner was available and had to be drive I was contacted due to a recall. I made the appointment only after I confirmed that a loaner is available. No loaner was available and had to be driven home. This is the second time I find myself in this situation at the dealer. I was called that the car is ready. I had my daughter drop me off to get my car. The engine light was on and had to leave my car again. Thanks to Anna, she offered me a loaner this time. When I picked up my car, the person that drove it to the service area was speeding through the parking lot. The only positive thing about this service visit was Anna Marie. She is very friendly and professional. I give her five stars; the reason for the three stars below is for the other part of the service. More

Cameron eceeds my expecations yet again. What a fantastic service center. I drop off my car with the expectation of it taking at least 2-3 days. 24 hours later I get a call from Cameron, say What a fantastic service center.
