Disappointing I’m bound to prestige for service due to a lease. But, I will be going elsewhere for my next bmw based on the service. I understand there is a policy I’m bound to prestige for service due to a lease. But, I will be going elsewhere for my next bmw based on the service. I understand there is a policy against valuables in vehicles, but was extremely annoyed that my car appeared rummaged after routine service. The center console was opened and disheveled- with money missing. I’m not losing sleep over a few dollars, but someone still stole from the car. The glove box was also opened and the contents tossed around. Theres no reason for anyone to even be in either of those compartments for an oil change. After the service was completed, I received a voice mail telling me I’m due for an oil change and that me tires with 20k miles need repair too. As a consumer I feel like the service center is inept. The right hand obviously doesn’t know what the left hand is doing if I’m being told to have service I just completed done. And I still have to come back for a part that was ordered for the second time. Once I signed my lease I gave away all my rights as a customer. Now I’m just a number to bmw, I’ll be going to Paul Miller next december More
