50/50 I have been a direct customer of Ramsey BMW for over ten years, buying cars for both my company and my personal use. Maybe 12 cars in total. I have always done so because of my relationship with Alex Marsiglio and Tim Gallagher. The last three times I have attempted to get service from Ramsey BMW have bee disastrous. Yesterday, I made an appointment 2 weeks out to ensure the availability of a loaner car. I live 40 miles away. I arrive, no loaner car. For the third consecutive time, I now have to scramble to find Alex and Tim in order to fix the chaos service created for me. I am now at the point that I will be shopping around for my next car when my lease expires in December. Having said that, my service specialist Anna was great. Your infrastructure and organization needs significant improvement such that Anna has the tools to do her job. More

First bad experience at this dealership No one reviewed my work order when I picked up my car. I was told a part needed to be ordered but it has now been almost a week and I have not been c No one reviewed my work order when I picked up my car. I was told a part needed to be ordered but it has now been almost a week and I have not been contacted that the part is in. I have been complaining that the car rides horribly and I keep getting the stock answer that its' the run flat tires. If so, BMW has a big problem because I will never buy another BMW (this is my 7th) due to this issue. It feels like riding on wooden tires. My wife's Subaru rides better. I would love to discuss this further with upper management, since customer service has the attitude that they could care less. Sorry will never return to this dealership for service or purchase. More

1st time I was very pleased with the facility. From the moment I pulled my vehicle into the garage I was greeted promptly by the staff. Everyone that I interac I was very pleased with the facility. From the moment I pulled my vehicle into the garage I was greeted promptly by the staff. Everyone that I interacted with was polite and professional, especially an employee by the name of Diana who kept me updated on the status by calling and texting me. If I had 1 gripe, it would be that my appt was at 10:20 and I didnt leave until about 2pm but that wasn’t so bad due to the comfortable lounge upstairs which was great because I had my two little kids with me. So they were fed, entertained and comfortable during the wait. Which was great. More
