BMW of Ramsey always available I had trouble with a tire on the road on the way home from vacation( I was a long way from home and the dealer). I was able to call service and talk I had trouble with a tire on the road on the way home from vacation( I was a long way from home and the dealer). I was able to call service and talk to someone who helped me deal with my issue until I could get to the dealership. It was great to have a lifeline, and when I finally got there, they took the car right away. Unfortunately, I had a cracked wheel...not happy about the cost, but service and interaction with everyone was nothing but positive. More
