Friendly staff but Completely overpriced Brian was very nice and attentive. I had a loaner vehicle right away and the recall services were done quickly. However, aside from the 2 recalls I br Brian was very nice and attentive. I had a loaner vehicle right away and the recall services were done quickly. However, aside from the 2 recalls I brought the car in for, I was told I needed other repairs. I shared the estimate with my usual mechanic and he laughed then said that is highway robbery. I brought my car to my usual mechanic and he completed the services for less than half the price...including an oil change since I was almost due anyway. More

Oil change for 2014 BMW 528i. I made appointment, but it took 2 hour for old change and charged me near $160 for just oil change. No car wash or clean of the car. Very bad service.
