Pleasant experience as always ! I had to bring my 2011 128i in for a recall repair. They called me when the parts were in and scheduled my appointment and a loaner car. I didn't have to keep calling them to ask if the parts were in, they are always on top of everything. While there I was advised of some repairs that needed to be done and was given the prices up front, which I really liked, no surprises when I picked the car up. The new service manager is very pleasant and greeted me and other clients as they dropped their cars off, very impressive. More

Great Service Dept 24hr turn around, a loaner vehicle was provided. Car was serviced and came back good as new. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amazing service on both the car and us This was my first time over at this dealer to service a check engine light that came on in my vehicle. Upon arrival I was greeted quickly and met with This was my first time over at this dealer to service a check engine light that came on in my vehicle. Upon arrival I was greeted quickly and met with my service representative who helped explain the issues he pulled from the car. After taking the car in we were escorted to the waiting area where we were provided a wide arrangements of snacks and drinks that was complimentary. Shortly there-after our service representative came back to us and explained all the issues and what needs to be done to have the car in working order. The whole process was smoother than any dealer I've previously been through and would definitely recommend the service representative that was with us during the process. More

Unexpected Service Stop I had a blowout on my way to Connecticut for a family wedding. We stop and decided to call the nearest BMW dealer and the Ramsey Dealer came up we call and spoke to Diana Martinez who was understanding of the situation and time constraints. Once we entered she assisted and provided us directions to places to eat within walking distance and stated she will try to get us out within an hout to hour and a half. She called me to advise that my tire plan did not cover the blown tire- go figure they scoop you to purchase the plan but always find something to not cover it, that is besides the point. Diana called when the car was ready within the time frame which was excellent especially on short notice.. She was nice and professional the whole time. ** The tire price of $250 for a tire I can purchase for $130. Diana did assist on some discount which was really appreciated, kudos to employees who provide top notch customer service. More
