Terrible again!! I’m very unhappy. The last time I was there the excuse they gave me was that “Tony” is back and things are going to get better! Unprofessional, ir I’m very unhappy. This place is a ponzi sceme First of all, my car was smoking when i pulled in. No one seemed alarmed. My rep told me that it was fine to drive it like that because the "oil is probably just burning off". They did an oil change and all other basic tune ups. He told me he couldn't properly assess the problem unless I paid $800 (i had already paid $800 for the aforementioned) to take apart the engine and do a diagnostic. I am getting married in 2 days, my wedding dress was in the smoking car and literally no one could've cared less. Lastly, they had 0 loaner cars. I was told I would be put on a list. I have yet to get a call. Total spent $800. Problem fixed: not even close. More
