When I went to pick my car up after being notified it was ready, I had to wait an hr and ask 3 times if my car was coming up, it wasn’t until cashier went over to guys and told them to get it. It was beyond ridiculous! No one was there when I got there and there were 13 cars just sitting by time I left. More

The most recent visit was a classic example: I drove in with no appointment and hoped to fix a broken tail first and do the rest another day.
