Scammers- illegal charges Hit and miss staff with increasingly long wait times and worse attitudes every time I visit. They damaged my vehicle and charged me for repairs. They also charged me $750 for a not-at-fault accident i was in, resulting in damage to their loaner car. Their car was fully covered by 3 different insurance policies including their own, and they came up with a baseless $750 misc fee which was practically ransom on my car because they wouldn't let me leave without paying. I got an attorney involved and they refunded my money. Know your rights, and also avoid these gougers when looking for car service More

Everything was run very efficiently from the time I dropped of I had a very good experience during my last visit to the BMW Service Center in Ramsey. Spotty service Dropping off my car for service was easy and fast. My service person Diana got me a loaner quickly and was out the door. Got a text message later in Dropping off my car for service was easy and fast. My service person Diana got me a loaner quickly and was out the door. Got a text message later in day to advise my car was ready for pick up. When I picked my car up it took a good 15 minutes for them to find my car and bring it to me with at least 4 people asking me if someone went to get it. Also in previous visits my car was washed looking like I went to a 5 Star car wash. This time it looked liked it wasn’t washed, if it was it couldn’t even tell. Some aspects of the visit were good while others didn’t meet previous experiences. More

Excellent, efficient and friendly service Upon arrival, i was greeted by the service manager, Clay Vieni. He then passed me onto Anna Piserchia, who processed me within minutes, and invited m Upon arrival, i was greeted by the service manager, Clay Vieni. He then passed me onto Anna Piserchia, who processed me within minutes, and invited me to have some breakfast in the lounge. 5 minutes later I was telephoned and told of work needed on my car. When i went down to service, the loaner paperwork was done in mnutes and I was escorted to a brand new x5 loaner and was on my way within 15 mintues of arrival.
