In the spirit of constructive feedback, I requested details on 4 tires and alignment and pricing for both was rather inflated versus the same work from a tire dealer directly. Also, it became clear that tire rotation (front to back) which would have helped preserve and even tire wear is not something even suggested, much less done, during interval services. Now that I've gotten the tires from another source, and rotation is included, perhaps I'll get better mileage from them. No complaints about my service advisor, I'd absolutely recommend working with her. More
