Courtesy service visit Would have been good to know an estimated time. Know it’s difficult but did not expect to be there two hours. Made good on their error/promise One of my reasons for bringing the car in was for a broken cigarette lighter, used as a charger port. After nearly 2 hours I was given the car back an One of my reasons for bringing the car in was for a broken cigarette lighter, used as a charger port. After nearly 2 hours I was given the car back and the charger still didn’t work. And they blamed my charger as the problem when it was working in the rear charger port. Then when I complained about the techs not looking further into it, the advisor Cara promised me a new charger in the mail to make up for all the problems. 2 months went by and I never heard anything. But after a few calls and emails, Cara and the manager Tony, did make good on their promise to make the situation right and are sending me a complimentary charger for the problems, and I never asked for the charger. It was a nice gesture. And Cara did personally call me to apologize so she made good on the issue. More
