Ben was great! I had two kids under 3yrs old and he was so helpful by getting me in and out fast. He informed me of my options and the prices. He let me know I could sit upstairs and grab a snack or drink while they pull my loaner in. He was able to get me the car that I requested which fit two car seats. He was pleasant and professional!
