I've always judged a dealership by the quality of its people. Ben Abramov is not only personable but a storehouse of BMW knowledge. Ben answered not only the questions that I had, but filled me in on th people. Ben Abramov is not only personable but a storehouse of BMW knowledge. Ben answered not only the questions that I had, but filled me in on things I probably never would have thought of. He kept me in the loop on everything. His feathers never were ruffled. I planned on staying to pick up my car (hence no loaner) but an emergency came up for me and I had lo leave. Ben offered me an Uber ( at the dealerships expense) but I decided to take my car and Ben put me in for service the next day. When I came in the following day Ben brought in his BMW which was the same model as mine. He told me about this, the previous day, because of the custom work he had done to his car. It was EXQUISITE!!! If I wasn't 77 I would have done the same. Bottom line, Ben Abramov is one of a kind. He is knowledgeable in his job and is exceptional as a human being! I brought my 2023 Jahre Edition M3 G80 in for a simple oil change. Ben and his service tech went above and beyond with using great caution with my car.
