I’ve been driving BMWs for 15 years and I actually purchased my first one from BMW of Ramsey. It was a beautiful car, but things went downhill from there. I live in Ramsey, but after a bad service exp purchased my first one from BMW of Ramsey. It was a beautiful car, but things went downhill from there. I live in Ramsey, but after a bad service experience (dismissive service advisor) I began to purchase my cars through Park Ave BMW and would even drive to Hackensack for service, even though BMW of Ramsey was so convenient. Fast forward to now and I decided to give BMW of Ramsey another try and I’m so happy I did. I brought my car in for service and was greeted by Joshua who took my car and processed it. He was so friendly and helpful. When I got inside, Benjamin took care of me and at this point I will never use anybody else. Benjamin was upbeat, reassuring, and extremely friendly and professional. He has elevated the level of service at BMW of Ramsey and I felt very taken care of. Thank you Benjamin! More
I will never have my BMW serviced through any other advisor than Ben going forward. I was dealing with a major issue with my brand new X5 and Ben did everything in his power to make my experience as ea advisor than Ben going forward. I was dealing with a major issue with my brand new X5 and Ben did everything in his power to make my experience as easy as possible while trying to resolve the problem. Not only did he have my car picked up, but had a loaner delivered to my home to avoid putting my 6 week old and toddler in the car. I don’t usually write reviews. But wanted to highlight a great recent experience with Ben and the folks at ramsey BMW. Unfortunately, after 25k miles and only a couple short mo But wanted to highlight a great recent experience with Ben and the folks at ramsey BMW. Unfortunately, after 25k miles and only a couple short months of my warranty end date. My fuel pump on my M550xi decided to go during a routine drive. Upon inspection, it ended up being a $2500 issue. Unfortunately, the maintenance plan I had paid for months earlier didn’t cover this. It was fair to say, I was extremely disposing Rd. and upset the coverages weren’t aligned to my expectations. However, Ben put me in a comparable loaner car (540e) and worked with both the dealership and BMW to figure out an a better solution. The net result, was a goodwill fix which brought my out of pocket costs to less than $100. Aside from this being a kind gesture, Ben was able to correct an issue regarding not just the pumps very early failure but clear up and misunderstandings about the purchased warranty. I’d highly recommend working with Ben as he’s not only a good person. But someone who sticks up for the customer in a tough spot. Which in my experience isn’t typical of the service side of many dealerships. More
